On the edge of the Ariège village of Rieucros, nestling in the foothills of the Pyrénées, le Périé is a traditionally stone built farmhouse. Dating from the 1850’s, it retains many of its original features exposed beams, central fireplace, Dutch barn and stables. Accommodation is comfortable, very spacious and traditionally
furnished.

A stunning focal point of the property is the
attractive swimming pool which is totally secluded. It has it’s own pool house and vast landscaped terrace, ideal for al fresco dining during the long hot summer months. |

A stable door from the courtyard opens into the well-equipped
kitchen. Complete with fridge/freezer, conventional gas stove and
electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator and twin
sink. The pine table and chairs provide a comfortable
dining area.

The separate utility room houses a washing machine,
clothes drier, iron and ironing board. It also doubles as a pantry
for your fresh provisions.

|
|
The open plan lounge/dining room has a tiled floor and exposed oak ceiling beams. The dining area has a large oak dining table with period tapestry chairs.

Provided are: Wi-Fi, T.V, DVD player, music centre and a small selection of books and board games. An extensive DVD rental library is available
free of charge. Large French windows open onto the back garden which leads to the swimming pool.
